Shipping

In many circumstances, products from my shop are made-to-order. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a notification with tracking information via email when your order ships!

Once your order ships, it is out of my hands. I don't have access to any more information than what you see via your tracking number. Please be patient, but if you haven't received your order within 3 weeks of it shipping within the US or please reach out and we'll see what we can do!

Returns

I'm very confident that you're going to love your products, but if for whatever reason you're not happy with your items, please email me and I'll be happy to help! Fixated on Stars does not offer refunds. In most circumstances, store credit will be offered upon return of your item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that all return inquiries must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, all orders are final sale.
